These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.cubicflows.com (the "Site"), operated by MAN&Cubs LLC under the trade name Cubic Flows ("Cubic Flows," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems; or use automated means to scrape or extract content without our prior written consent.
The Site describes automation, integration, web design, and related consulting services offered by Cubic Flows. Descriptions, pricing tiers, and case studies on the Site are provided for general information and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer. A specific engagement with Cubic Flows is governed by the separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement signed by both parties.
Cubic Flows offers recurring Flow Plans (Flow Care, Flow Growth, and Flow Scale) covering hosting, monitoring, support, and ongoing improvement of the automations and websites we build. The points below summarize how plans generally work. If the order form, proposal, or services agreement you sign for a specific plan differs, that document controls.
Billing and terms. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 12-month coverage plans are billed annually in advance at the discounted rate shown on our Pricing page and run for a fixed 12-month term.
First month included. Each Build package includes the first month of the matching Flow Plan at no charge. Billing for the plan begins after that month unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Starting without a Build fee. Where we agree in writing to start you on Flow Growth without an upfront Build fee, the plan has a minimum term of 6 months, and the Build work is covered by the plan fees during that term.
Renewal. 12-month plans renew automatically for successive 12-month terms unless you give us written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. We will email you a reminder before each renewal.
Fees and refunds. Fees for a fixed term are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your agreement. If you end a 12-month plan before the term is over, we do not refund the unused months, and monthly plans are not refunded for a partial billing period.
Price changes. We may change plan prices for a renewal term by giving you at least 30 days' written notice. The price for your current term does not change.
Scope and third-party costs. Included hours or automations are monthly allowances as described on the Pricing page and do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Plan fees do not include charges from third-party platforms (for example n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, or hosting providers) unless stated in your agreement.
The Automation Assessment on this Site is an informal, self-guided tool intended to give general, non-binding indications of automation opportunity. It is not a professional audit of your business processes, and results should not be relied upon as a substitute for a formal consultation with our team.
The Site's content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Cubic Flows name and branding — is owned by or licensed to MAN&Cubs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser.
The Site may reference or link to third-party tools and platforms (for example, integration partners mentioned in our case studies). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
This section applies to your use of the Site and, unless your signed agreement says otherwise, to paid services including Flow Plans. In every case, the order form or services agreement you sign for a specific engagement controls where it differs.
Exclusion of indirect damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAN&Cubs LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Site or our services, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Cap on liability. For paid services, our total liability for all claims relating to an engagement will not exceed the fees you paid us for that engagement in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For the Site, which is free to use, our total liability will not exceed US$100.
No guaranteed results. Case studies, statistics, assessment results, and savings estimates on the Site are illustrative. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, time saving, revenue, or cost reduction.
Third-party platforms and your data. Our automations depend on third-party platforms and APIs (for example n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, or hosting providers). We are not liable for outages, changes, price increases, or discontinuation by those providers, or for losses caused by inaccurate data, credentials, or instructions you provide. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of business-critical data unless a backup service is expressly included in your plan.
What this does not limit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAN&Cubs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
